Join me for a two hour workshop and experience comprised of tools, information and wisdom to aid you on your spiritual journey. This workshop includes....

• -Mirror work to aid in self-reflection, acceptance and compassion
• -Written and verbal exercises to identify unhealthy cycles and patterns of behavior
• -Energy cleansing to further assist you in clearing your energetic and emotional body for a fresh start leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Handouts will be provided for you to keep and review when needed. You will also be provided with my shadow work journal M.I.R.R.O.R.S with over 30 journal prompts and affirmations valued at $15 that will be included in the purchase on the workshop for you to continue your inner work.

PURPOSE

My intention for this workshop is to equip you, to begin or continue your journey to wholeness; Valuing ALL of who you are, good, bad and indifferent, that you may truly know authenticity and have the courage to come home to yourself.
