Sober Curious Sister Circles
Looking for more sober curious sisterhood & community?
I felt just the same when I first began to explore my relationship with alcohol.
When I first decided to give up alcohol it was a VERY lonely process. Many of my existing friendships were centered around booze, I didn’t feel like I belonged in an A.A. setting (while amazing for some, it wasn’t the right fit for me) and I wasn’t quite sure where I was going to forge new relationships that weren’t centered around alcohol. I knew I needed new coping mechanisms and new support systems, I just didn’t know where to start.
Exploring the role alcohol plays in our lives in a culture obsessed with it….well, it’s daunting, it’s lonely and it can be extremely challenging. And that’s why I’m so humbled to create this safe space for sober curious souls to do so.
It didn’t take me long to realize just how important community is along our sober curious path. In fact, major lifestyle changes, healing and growth are ALL made exponentially easier when we decide to gather support along the way.
This is what inspired me to build a yurt in my garden and begin hosting monthly sober curious sister circles in Ipswich, MA. Nestled in the woods next to my garden, these circles are a place for women all across the sober curious spectrum (from just curious to sober) to come together and support one another along their path to change. Through breathwork, guided meditation, group discussion, workshops and mocktails - we create conscious connection and uplift eachother through the challenges that come alongside the inner work and building a life we won’t want to escape with alcohol.
PURPOSE

just a note:
You struggle with anxiety and low-grade depression after drinking.
You often overindulge, drink more than you anticipate and would consider yourself a gray-area drinker or binge drinker.
You know your drinking is deteriorating your self-confidence and self-worth and you often experience imposter syndrome.
Your drinking is causing who you want to be and who you actually are to be very misaligned.
You imagine a vibrant, healthy lifestyle for yourself but you know that alcohol is getting in the way of truly reaching your health goals.
You are searching for more passion, purpose, fulfillment and like-minded community but feel stuck in a rut or stagnant in your life.
You know that your relationship with alcohol is preventing you from living a spiritually connected and awakened life.
Your drinking may look “normal” to the outside world but intuitively you know that it is holding you back and preventing you from living your most aligned life.
Although you wouldn’t consider yourself an alcoholic you know your drinking habits are negatively impacting many areas of your life.
Maybe you are a new mom looking to ditch “mommy wine culture” and develop new coping mechanisms, or someone looking to start a business and chase their dreams without alcohol getting in the way or maybe you are trying to find a romantic partner and you know you want to be the best version of yourself to attract your ideal mate or perhaps you are simply yearning for MORE!
Whatever the case may be…we are here to support you every step of the way on your sober curious journey.
